Jr. Business Analyst

We are hiring a Jr. Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our project team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with other business analysts, test members, and engineers in the team, reporting directly to the Lead Business Analyst. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing, assisting with testing phase. To succeed, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users

Your future duties and responsibilities
Participating in requirement sessions, ongoing reviews, crafting minutes, identifying risks, identifying scope issues, creating analysis document (including use case document), developing test scripts, ensuring traceability, handling defect logs, and assisting with planning documents.
Assisting with meetings facilitations, and crafting presentations.
Performing requirements analysis.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to quickly pick up new concepts, tools, and ideas and adapt to changing environments
Detailing and presenting the results of your efforts.
Working closely with clients, engineers, other analysts, testing team, and management staff.
Providing knowledge transfer to the clients
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Ensuring timely completion of all assigned work.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
The ability to influence customers and work closely with them to resolve acceptable solutions.
Technical Curiosity.
Excellent documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Track record following through on commitments.

Skills Required:
1-2 years of experience in the following:
Related Business Analysis Skills
Providing Analysis of integration of multiple systems
Variety of Business Analysis Techniques and tools
Validated knowledge of systems engineering concepts required

Skills Desired:
Prior experience working government (State and Local /Federal) project a +
Analysis of mobile based applications a +
