RnT Dispatch is currently searching for Roadside Assistance / Roadside Repair Technicians to join our team.
We are an established company that is contracted though all major Motor Clubs (including: Geico, Allstate, NSD, etc.) where we provide basic Emergency Roadside Assistance. We also provide 3rd party Roadside Repairs to companies such as U-Haul or Penske in multiple states with independently contracted Roadside Techs.
Our focus is BOTH the overall experience of our contractors and the satisfaction/quality of service provided to our customers.
Scheduling: Open Scheduling (Day Shift Primary coverage preferred)
Responsibilities:
Knockout Lockouts: Perform basic ERS to Motor Club customers (I.E. unlocks, tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery)
-Submit proper documentation to maintain accurate records and work with Dispatch to ensure efficient workflow
ATRR: provide onsite repairs to U-Haul/Penske vehicles; Roadside Diagnostics when unable to complete repairs; General truck maintenance

Requirements:
-NO Experience required :: 24/7 mechanic & training supervisor available for assistance & repair information
-Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
-Good communication skills and the ability to work quickly & efficiently around customers
