Full time community maintenance position in Halfmoon, NY. Must be reliable, motivated & willing to learn. Good with hands & basic carpentry skills helpful. General property maintenance tasks for a large community of over 200 homes. Both indoor home repair as well as lawn mowing, snow plowing & other outdoor maintenance tasks. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation & background screening.
