This role resides within the Real Estate and Collateral Center of Excellence and supports the team in driving effective operational discipline and program management as well as providing thought leadership on various global team activities. This position collaborates and partners cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, Treasure, Audit, LOB stakeholders, etc.) to develop and champion various initiatives.Job Responsibilities:

Develop, build, scope, and execute on internal initiatives as assigned, for the business unit strategic plan

Oversee planning, execution and monitoring of the projects, evaluate progress and quality, manage issue resolution process, take appropriate action as needed and while ensuring proper oversight and adherence to budget

Exhibit ownership in managing partnerships and work closely with internal stakeholders, including Treasury, Finance and Risk Management teams, in addition to stakeholders from various functions and Lines of Business to ensure implementation of cohesive and effective solutions in a complex environment

Communicate with senior management regarding project progress and recommendations/decisions and develop effective presentations

Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented strategies and identify key areas for improvement; prepare and present detailed reporting on the program performance

Ensure implemented solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

Provide change leadership for broader organizational or otherwise significant initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

BS/BA Degree

10+ years of Leadership experience

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, proven ability to develop strong client relationships and influencing skills to steer and implement change across teams

Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex programs

Strong analytical and problem solving skills; methodical approach to identifying and solving issues

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal

Ability to lead, challenge and adapt to changing business landscapes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Knowledge and understanding of Wholesale Lending and federal pledging programs

Excellent working knowledge of operations and risk concepts and the ability to interpret and understand the impact of decisions, as well as identify and convey potential problem areas

Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
