The incumbent shall assist to perform construction surveys, draft using CADD, design and review engineering drawings and write contract specifications. Able to assist sr. engineer in field support for in-house forces by providing visual inspections, construction recommendations and design drawings as needed. Must have engineering Degree.Education and Experience Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural technology, construction, construction management, construction technology, sustainable design, urban planning, urban studies, city planning, transportation planning, business administration, or public administration; or

A master’s degree in architecture that is the first professional degree in architecture from an accredited college or university.

Desired Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Knowledge of PC applications and CADD related to construction and design including MicroStation.
