We provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk and extend liquidity in markets around the world.Job DescriptionThe Securities Services Operations Finance Management team are looking for a high-performing Vice President to play a key role of managing the financials and headcount for Custody Operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Custody Operations and their leadership team, also with Custody business F&BM team.Job Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and monthly business reviews that provide clear, impactful explanations of operating results and variances based on relevant business events, and help ensure expense goals are achieved

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Manage annual budget and periodic (monthly) forecasting processes

Manage the month-end close process, coordinating expense accruals with Controllers, understanding & re-forecasting new risks & opportunities and providing variance commentary

Prepare financial (variance) analysis and walk forwards (expense and headcount) by key business themes

Detailed Headcount tracking including all productivity / location strategy reporting versus plan/target as well as any new business growth initiatives

Manage product allocation models/rules, reporting hierarchy and examine incoming allocations

Implementing controls and best practices to ensure efficient, timely and accurate financial reporting

Reviewing expenses and identify potential reductions in the cost base to streamline business processes and improve profitability

Part of a high performance team, adding value to the greater team

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, with at least 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services

Excellent quantitative, analytical problem solving and financial / data / business modeling skills

Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to a non-financial audience, strong documentation and reporting skills

Strong presence, comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management

Superior attention to details and process skills; sense of urgency

Able to collaborate across lines of businesses and work with central/corporate organizations

Capable of balancing multiple assignments simultaneously

Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented outlook, possess courage to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo

Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
