Overview:This position will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Enablement team, working across several simultaneous projects/programs by creating new content and communications, expanding on existing assets, as well as continuous review for improvement.Primary Responsibilities:

Assist department in executing on Commercial Bank Sales Enablement strategy.

Maintain a general understanding of the Commercial sales organization, including the tools sales reps use on a daily basis. Keep abreast of business and market trends that may affect the business/department.

Contribute to new business development by assisting in administration and distribution of Sales Enablement content via SAVO and other platforms. Coordinate with content owners to ensure that all content is properly maintained for accuracy and compliance.

Assist in creation, editing, and distribution of Commercial Bank communications including memos, product bulletins, and other BAU internal communications.

Participate in collaboration with internal partners on behalf of Commercial Sales teams; includes playbook development in support of Strategic Selling initiative, partnership with Business Intelligence team, and development of marketing plans for Commercial business lines in conjunction with Marketing & Communications Division.

Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and/or the development of new processes. Identify resources that can be utilized to support business operations or improve existing business processes. Provide input and recommendations to management.

Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, and programs to achieve the short and long term business objectives and regulatory needs of the department and the Commercial Bank.

Perform non-routine analysis and judgment based work, delivering information in a format that is easy to use utilizing workbooks and slide deck presentation methods.

Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.

Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years’ related business line experience,OR in lieu of a degree,A combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experienceGood knowledge of procedures and concepts within own disciplineM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $24.76 - $41.27 Hourly (USD).
