job descriptionPackaging/Production AssociateAre you a responsible entry level Production or Packaging Associate looking for a great company to work for? If so, we would like to speak with you!Our client in Geneva, NY is looking for dedicated Production Associates in their facility to assist with the packaging and production of hair care products.Responsibilities:
Follow all company safety rules and procedures; wear correct PPE and gowning for the area, ensure 5S standard work is followed. Report any unsafe conditions or hazards to your supervisor immediately.
Keep work area neat, clean, and orderly. Clean up any spills immediately.
Visually inspect in-process materials for quality and provide necessary information to line coordinator or supervisor.
Perform manual assembly functions, packing, placing bottles/cans on the line.
Work with Certified Trainers to incorporate new employees into your line.
Assist with line clearance at the end of production runs.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMSkills:
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of the English Language
Ability to stand for long periods of time
