Superior Refrigeration Services LLC is looking for a Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. This job involves the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of refrigeration systems commonly installed in supermarkets and convenience stores.
A qualified candidate should have the ability to locate and repair refrigerant leaks as well as work with heat reclaim, make-up air systems, multi-circuit condensers with fan cycling and/or variable speed drives.
EPA certification required:
Extensive travel and occasional overnight stays out of town; overtime and on-call duty required
5+ years in commercial refrigeration/HVAC recommended
Supermarket experienced preferred but not required
Working knowledge of energy management systems a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude skills
Strong electrical background
Strong computer skills
Driver's license appropriate to local requirements and a safe driving record
Physically able to climb ladders and to lift objects up to 80 pounds
