Seeking a line cook for evening dinner service. Candidate will be working closely with local farms to provide beautiful food 5 nights a week.
Responsibilities include-
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure the kitchen meets all sanitary and safety standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
