Summary of Major Duties
Answer calls, greet customers, insurance information intake and set up for estimates, book repair appointments, set up customer paperwork, follow up with vendors on parts orders, check in parts, manage accounts payable, keep track of returns, update customers on repair status, create customer invoices, accept customer payments, and follow up with insurance company on payments, assist with documentation for insurance supplements.
I need a full-time assistant here Monday through Friday 9 to 5:30 p.m. Someone with office experience. I can train on industry jargon and details, but need someone who knows the basics.

Salary Range - $18.00 - $20.00
Increase after 6 months
Vacation and Paid Holidays after 3 months
