We are seeking an Office Manager with prior experience working within the stone industry; such as a Showroom, Fabrication Shop, or a design firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of colors, sizes, and project management.
Key qualifications for this role include:
The Office Manager will be expected to make independent decisions daily and determine the most effective approach to specific tasks. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required.
Communication and Collaboration:
This role necessitates regular collaboration with support personnel, management, and clients.
Organizational Skills:
The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office flow, coordinating with other distribution centers, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones and greeting visitors
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars, delivery schedules, and pick-ups
Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Collating and distributing mail
Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Writing and editing various communications, from letters to reports
Creating and maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems
Managing accounts and performing bookkeeping as needed
This role will be for our Wallkill location.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend work required.
