Clinical Capability ManagerThe Clinical Capability Manager helps customers succeed by managing health scores and outcomes to boost advocacy and retention. They engage with customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and beyond, focusing on clinical and healthcare operations within a customer success team.Your role:

Teaming with Program leaders, BPOs/BPEs, BG Leaders and Clinical Services Leaders to drive capability development and deployment roadmaps & drive adoption of the capabilities

Understanding Clinical Services delivery, environments, and local challenges to identify requirements for service & solution delivery enablement for clinical services portfolio and services

Collaborating with product & business/function teams to identify capability gaps and requirements required for successful market launch and enablement

Identification of areas of services, professional services, solution & service delivery improvement

Operationally advance Philips solutions while meeting the timelines and deliverables of the business

Drive continued adoption and success throughout the CoE and delivery organization

Active participant in global CoPs, stimulating engagement and traffic among users, and answering questions

You're the right fit if:

Requires a Bachelor’s in a position-relevant program (e.g. Business or Health Science)

Excellent communication skills and over 5 years in transformation, process deployment, or solution activation.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.

Strong strategic skills and ability to create actionable strategies and designs.

Expertise in business process design and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in solutions deployment and working within a matrix organization.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
