We are a Samsung TV and Appliance repair company, were looking to add additional call center agents to help our service team in our new location in Patchogue.
The Position :This is a full time position with room for growth. Tasks include Heavy Phone Skills.- High degree of computer proficiency with strong data entry skills- Resolve customer needs and address customer service inquiries- Constant monitor of service status to track progress and schedule issues- Notify customers by phone of appointment delays- Manage daily calls to and from Service Technicians- Able to carry a conversation easily; able to think on your feet- Ability to Multi-task a must.
Qualifications and Skills:Successful experience in an environment with high customer contact.Prior call center or collections industry experience is strongly desired.Ability to effectively prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills.Take high volume phone calls both incoming and outgoing.Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the computer system and resourcesShow empathy to the customers while providing one call resolutionWork well in a team environment, excellent attention to detailResponsible for guiding complaint resolution to ensure that proper and satisfactory closings are obtainedAvailability for overtime,and weekends when available.
FULL TIME POSITION:
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00 -4:30 pm with alternating Saturdays: 9 am - 1 pm, overtime available, Paid Training, Vacation, Sick Days and Holiday Pay for Full-Time Employees, Monthly Bonuses.
