Office Secretary – Medical Company
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Secretary to join our Medical company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and assist callers
Handle correspondence via email, fax, and post mail
Maintain organized patient/vendor files
Assist with order processing, documentation, and billing support
Coordinate with drivers and help schedule deliveries
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
Keep office supplies stocked and work area organized
Support management and staff with daily administrative needs
Qualifications:
Previous office/secretary experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
