Job Summary
Seeking a Nurse paralegal to review medical records, create medical chronologies and prepare summaries of relevant records. Responsibilities will also include drafting and filing pleadings, including summonses, complaints, and other documents, responding to discovery demands, and preparing discovery-related motions and correspondence. The role requires support during the trial phase, including preparing trial documents, coordinating witnesses, and organizing trial exhibits.
Requirements:
Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook; proficiency in Prolaw a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and time management skills
1+ years' experience as a paralegal.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
RN or LPN license required; Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree a plus.

Pay: $65,000-$85,000 per year
