Job Description:
1. Handling incoming phone calls on multiple lines â Taking accurate messages where applicable
2. Greeting walk in customers and providing exceptional customer service
3. Processing customer check and credit card payments
4. Running pick tickets from walk in customers to warehouse staff
5. Processing of new customer credit applications
6. Scanning and organizing customer tax exempt forms
7. Improvement and maintenance of our filing systems
8. Management of all office and warehouse forms
9. Management of I9 process for new hires
10. Management of sample area and customer sample kits
11. All other day to day administrative functions
Candidate Requirements:
1. Must be exceedingly friendly on the phone with customers
2. Must be able to befriend and work closely with office staff, drivers, and warehouse staff
3. Must be able to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
4. Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
5. Exceptional organization skills
Start date is immediate. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
