Office Assistant (Jericho, LI)
Must have office experience, construction experience a plus, computer knowledge, be able to multi task, and perform all types of Administrative duties such as the following:
. Handle and filter email.
. Follow up on leads and maintain job schedules.
. Update and maintain client and subcontractors logs.
. Update documents and maintain the Google Drive, HouseCall Pro, all applications used in office.
. Follow up on Daily Construction Reports and site attendance submissions.
. Basic office work, answering telephones, receive material orders, sort incoming and outgoing mail.
. Recruit prospective employees.
. Long Island based.
. Bilingual Spanish-English a plus.
. Drivers License is a plus.
