Lead and define the sales strategy as well as overall sales approach for the region; coordinate with stakeholders to form a cohesive sales approach and strategy; drive local 'Powered' campaign execution, for marketing and event programs

Collaborate in the deal qualification process; provide inputs to formulate a cohesive approach and strategy for the pursuit

Take responsibility for a quality proposal, coordinating across platform architects, TOM architects and other functions

Be liable for defining a bid response plan and for providing updates on progress of the bid to the executives and highlighting any concerns

Contribute to defining 'win' themes and pursuit strategy

Co-ordinate with alliance partners and subs as required

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of recent experience in Sales Enablement

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Certain level of 'Powered' accreditation; familiarity with the 'Powered' methodology/tools

Solid experience in sales and delivery of 'Powered' engagements

Experience managing sales or marketing teams and experience working closely with and or for sales executives; solid experience working B2B or digital marketing; Cloud/SaaS preferred

Preferred proficiency in one or more of the Applications listed: Coupa, iValua, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday
