Description:Set appointments via inbound/outbound calls from our Call Center. Heavy Call Volume at timesUpdate patient demographics and pre-register in EPIC, training will be providedCapture, enter and report data accurately to managementEnsure services are provided in a timely mannerEnsure key performance indicators are metReport discrepancies and identify areas of improvement to supervisorsWork on special projects and assignments as neededSkills:Customer service, Customer service call center, Call center, Customer support, Customer service team, EPIC systems, medical scheduling, patient registration, insurance, patient access, insurance eligibility, electronic health recordThis position is fully on-site and depending on experience offers a pay range of $20-$21/hrShift: M-F 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunchAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Excellent computer and typing skills requiredHigh School degree or equivalent requiredMust demonstrate good oral, listening and written communication skillsAbility to multi –task i.e. Manage telephone and computer simultaneouslyAbility to work independently or with little supervisionAbility to provide high level of customer service and satisfactionHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbove average ability to analyze, assess and problem solve the needs of the callerAbility to learn and apply new information/concept in area of responsibilityMust be a team playerExperience Level:Expert LevelAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
