Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, via on-line sourcing, establishing an employee referral system, and robust talent pipeline
-Interview, recommend, on-board, and train new hires
Build management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Amplify the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
Be familiar with and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records
Inform employees such that they follow all policies and procedures
Participate in interdepartmental meetings with other managers
Keep historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
Lead all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents
Organize exit interviews and procedures
Analyze compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
Define recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws Requirements - 5+ years in human resources
well-developed recruitment techniques
Ability to view issues with impartiality
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are preferred
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
A comprehension of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations
Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Wide knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Excellent work ethic, high level of integrity required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
