Implementing procurement strategies and managing supplierperformance and strategic relationships. Overseeing organizational development in sourcingcompetencies and skills. Managing supply risks, contracts, and negotiations. Lead an agile and cost effective global ingredients supplynetwork to drive added value through innovaton, agility, cost,service and quality, business continuity and sustainability. Exploring technology and innovation opportunities whileoptimizing end-to-end supply chain costs Develop strategies and execution plans to meet and exceedcorporate ESG goals, including Sensitive Supply Chains and Scope3 emissions. Manage the annual budget process for Ingredients spendThis role involves collaboration with senior leaders in R&D, Brands, SupplyChain, and Finance.Qualifications Fifteen years along with ten years of international sourcing andprocurement experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, orPackaging sectors. Ideally with successful packaging procurement experience in a global,multi-brand, multi-channels environment, with high “look and feel”quality befitting luxury brands. Successful track record of working closely with R&D, productinnovation, and supplier technology adaptation. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
