Employees are required to work any Flex shift schedule with a Start time between the hours of 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Earliest shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Latest shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays. Our office is located at 109 Rykowski Lane, Middletown, NY.We offer 3 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM from Monday - Friday.Primary Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service

Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Respond to complex customer calls

Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:

Benefit and Eligibility information

Billing and Payment issues

Customer material requests

Physician assignments

Authorization for treatment

Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age OR older

1+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment, using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties

Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications

Ability to work 100% onsite at 109 Rykowski Lane, Middletown, NY

Availability to work any Flex shift schedule with a Start time between the hours of 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Earliest shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Latest shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays based on business need

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone

Ability to multi - task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Physical and Work Environment:

Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer

Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity

New York Residents Only: The hourly range for this is $16.00 - $23.94 per hour.
