We ultimately strive to guide individuals, and their families, towards a goal of living life to its full potential-free from addiction.We are seeking a Full-time dedicated Intake Manager who will lead a team of six and ensures that the department follows policies & procedures. The Intake Manager is responsible for the overseeing intake and registration of incoming patients. Completing and overseeing functions related to the intake process for all patients, scheduling daily admissions, maintaining appropriate census and payer mix and screening clients for appropriateness and obtaining pre-authorizations. The Intake Manager ensures all required patient information is received and processed appropriately, following the policies and procedures as it pertains to the facility and adhering to NYS OASAS’ regulatory operation standards of a Medically Supervised Inpatient Withdrawal andStabilization program 816 and Inpatient Rehabilitation Program 818.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: QHP and (5) years of related work experienceSKILLS: Knowledge of insurance and pre-certifications Great interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong attention to detail Time management Computer skills
