We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper and Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices and can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Duties:
-Maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliation.
-Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
-Manage payroll processing (via ADP) as well as tax remittance to the government agencies
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation as needed.
-Efficient in Email, excel and QuickBook
-Bilingual in Chinese is preferred
