Part-Time Marketing Assistant (20 hrs/week) – On-Site Only
We’re a mission-driven software company helping caseworkers work smarter (not harder), and we need a highly computer-literate Marketing Assistant who’s not afraid of technology — We have beeb servicing the government sector since 1995.
What You’ll Do:
Help create outreach materials, draft emails, support marketing projects, assist with trade-show prep, demonstrate software with screen sharing, and keep our teams organized and moving forward.Requirements:
5+ years of real work experience.
Very strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, basic design tools, cloud platforms — the usual suspects)
Strong writing skills — Nobel Prize absolutely not required
Interested in AI and willing to learn new tools
Must work on-premises (no pajamas, no virtual backgrounds)
Schedule:
20 hours per week (flexible-ish).
