The Warehouse Customer Service Representative role is to answer inbound calls and service customers at the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls and greets customers warmly and ascertains problem or reasons for calling
Services customers arriving at the warehouse for customer pickups
Supports delivery teams as they deliver product to customers
Contacts customers for pre-delivery to coordinate delivery times
Qualifications:
Must be able to handle a large volume of inbound phone calls and perform inventory functions, including stock checks
Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills
Computer and clerical experience is preferred
