Aiding in full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Prepare journal entries monthly
Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
Executing alternate duties and partaking in special projects as assigned
Assisting with audit fieldwork for both financial and operational audits
Input data
Analyzing and adjusting account discrepancies Requirements - Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
High attention to detail
Employer requires 1 year of accounting experience
Strong familiarity with Sage Intacct
Foundational knowledge in royalty statements
Royalty statements experience highly desired
Knowledge of revenue reporting
Data entry experience
Suggested education is an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
