PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.OverviewPublicis Media’s Central Activation team supports PM accounts by building support and executing media campaigns via a global activation delivery network to meet performance goals across a variety of channels. The Client Operations team within Central Activation works hand-in-hand with the agency accounts teams and clients to ensure the highest level of service and optimal processes and resource allocation, in order to deliver the expected results.This Client Operations Associate Director role will be dedicated to supporting one of PM’s top Auto clients. The AD will be responsible for the account management and maximizing the results of the engagement, with the focus on activation strategy, cross-channel activation leadership (Search, Social, Programmatic) and the operational workflows between the client, agency, and global activation teams.You will report to the Director, Central Activation.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Design full funnel biddable activation strategy across channels and platforms (with main focus on DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Meta and TikTok);

responsible for well written deck content and client presentations Build and grow relationships with the clients, global activation teams, partners and internal Publicis teams

Provide overarching campaign recommendations around strategy and performance and tactical guidance to the activation teams to achieve client objectives

Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between the client and global activation teams

Act as a cross-functional subject matter expert to provide an activation perspective to non-media teams (social, programmatic, search)

Develop and present client deliverables (QBRs, audience recommendations, platform and partner POVs) and process documentation

Identify and communicate account needs, concerns and opportunities for team development and business growth

Develop the global activation team support structure to adapt to changing account needs and client feedback

Project manage the development, roll-out and adoption of automated solutions and other tools Mentor, manage and develop Supervisor talent within team

Set the priorities and oversee the work of the Supervisors on the team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

6+ years of biddable media experience, with the cross- in programmatic, social or search

3+ years of activation experience and planning across various DSPs and platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)

3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing capacity

1+ year of experience managing direct reports preferred

Experience collaborating with global counterparts for support

Experience across other media channels

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
