You will ensure that media campaigns reach the right audience with the right message, applying technology for maximum impact. Additionally, the Associate Director oversees the technology team, guiding both personal career development and client-focused growth. You will report to the Director, Media TechnologyResponsibilitiesTechnology & Media Expertise:

Maintain proficient knowledge of media technology partners.

Develop an understanding of media financials, scopes, and financial compliance.

Assess the impact of compliance and risk mitigation on media execution.

Evaluate new technologies and vendors to meet client needs and improve current infrastructure.

Oversee the rollout of new systems and processes within the team.

Project & Team Leadership:

Lead technology-driven discussions and development of back-end solutions for media campaigns.

Establish best practices for technology usage across client accounts and agency-wide.

Set expectations for communication between the technology team and other agency teams.

Manage Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers, promoting their growth and expertise.

Provide mentorship, creating opportunities for team members to showcase their skills and develop beyond implementation.

Client Relations & Industry Knowledge:

Be a strategic advisor to clients and team members on media technology.

Manage client expectations regarding technology deliverables and operational topics.

Build trusting relationships with clients, ensuring agreement on technology strategies.

Stay up to date on data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on media technologies.

Present technical information to clients and partners, tailoring content for multiple levels of comprehension.

Operational Responsibilities:

Complete all technology deliverables.

Guide proactive sharing of knowledge within the team and agency.

Maintain a working knowledge of mar-tech and ad-tech stacks as they relate to data privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ad operations or media technology.

Experience managing teams, with a focus on both individual development and team growth.

Proficiency in ad technology platforms, including Google (CM360, DV360, SA360), DoubleVerify, IAS, Innovid, Prisma.

Advanced Excel skills (writing macros, maintaining complex spreadsheets).

#LI-HybridAdditional InformationCompensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
