About the Team On the Merchant Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to have best-in class selection, build modern services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners operate. Our Partner Integrations team works with our Merchants to integrate their tech stack with DoorDash (e.g. integrating with the merchant's system(s) to improve operational efficiency for our merchants and order quality for our consumers). The team has grown tremendously, evolving from purely serving US restaurants as customers to servicing an integrations platform for DoorDash across markets beyond restaurants and across all our international markets.About the Role As the Associate Manager of Partner Integrations, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our integrations experience for the New Verticals business line. This includes gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business landscape, market intelligence, and the experience of the Integrated Merchant. You will translate this key information into a transformational growth strategy that elevates the Merchant experience. As a strategy and operations leader, you will be responsible for gaining cross-functional buy-in and the end-to-end go-to-market initiatives. You will report to the Senior Manager of Partner Integrations in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization. Develop and execute a market leading strategy – In collaboration with Partner Integrations, formulate and deliver on a strategy that aligns DoorDash's objectives with market demands, ensuring a robust network that enhances our ecosystem's resilience, and propels sustained growth.

Craft the vision for our New Verticals Partnership ecosystem – Define the overarching direction and objectives of our ideal state, including the standards and requirements of our partnerships, and how DoorDash can drive continuous innovation and growth within our expanding verticals.

Lead impactful, cross-functional initiatives – Drive initiatives to unlock efficiencies and elevate the Merchant experience through cross-functional enablement. Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance time, improve our pipeline pathway, and prioritize builds. Improve cross-functional understanding of integrations, focusing on escalation pathways and enablement.

Champion Integrated Merchant Experience – Serve as the advocate for the integrated merchant experience, bridging connections between the partner integrations team and crucial internal decision-makers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience

Strong track record of internal stakeholder management

Demonstrated understanding for translating technical concepts to business solutions

Proven success of creating and/or implementation of new strategy

Comfortable manipulating data (Excel/Sheets and SQL required)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree required
