In this role, the leader will work with the B2Bi Leadership Team, fellow Customer Science Global leaders, and a wide array of partners across our cross-functional ecosystem. They will be responsible for defining and executing against the global B2Bi strategy. This requires a leader who can cultivate a fast-paced, high-performing team with exceptional relationship building skills to work effectively across Sales and Marketing to articulate and deliver ways of joint value creation with our clients. This role sits within the Customer Science Global Leadership team & their peers consist of leaders of global teams for the capabilities they lead. As such, this person is part of the leadership team responsible for co-creating and executing the Customer Science strategy for our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business. Additionally, they are responsible for defining the executing the B2Bi strategy and roadmap to fuel our business. This includes internally and externally facing programs and solutions that help to fuel business while ensuring alignment with the highest business priorities.This person will be an effective global enterprise leader who can bring ideas to influence industry thinking at a large scale. Co-creation and execution of the Customer Science strategy & roadmaps working with peers in the Global Leadership team.
Define and execute the B2Bi strategy and roadmap to fuel our Marketing Solutions business. This includes internally and externally facing programs and solutions that help to fuel business while ensuring alignment with highest business priorities.
Partner with senior stakeholders on strategies and programs to drive business outcomes and work closely with fellow Customer Science Global leaders.
Develop strategies and GTM processes to rapidly disseminate B2Bi thought leadership and IP to internal and external stakeholders at scale, ensuring that our solutions unlock value for our customers and enable them to thrive.
Increase the penetration of B2Bi solutions amongst LinkedIn’s largest strategic clients leading to larger deal sizes and more strategic relationships. This involves driving the adoption of new mental-models, insights & solutions via our commercial models and via direct client consulting.
Develop workforce plans and organizational structure decisions for B2Bi and define Roles and Responsibilities and playbooks in partnership for team operations.
Inspire the B2Bi team members to do their best work and, through active development and coaching, prepare everyone for the next step in their career at all levels.
Infuse B2Bi Insights into our DNA by supporting sales enablement activities to ensure our sales and marketing teams utilize the IP/research created by the team.
Manage leaders who are responsible for day-to-day execution of roadmap within regional teams and manage senior ICs responsible for global programs around customer experience, business operations and market engagement.
Partner with our marketing & communications senior leadership team on the externalization of our IP/ research and narratives (via thought leadership/ playbooks/ events).
Partner across a wide range of cross-functional partners execute the LMS strategy/CSci strategy & B2Bi strategy, solving complex problems across all.
Represent LinkedIn in discussions with Senior Industry leaders & customer executives.
Be a change maker by inspiring the world’s largest B2B marketers to embrace innovation and adopt new behaviors and mental models. Act as an industry and client ambassador for the future of B2B marketing effectiveness, and LinkedIn’s perceived value in shaping it.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills as an influential and passionate advocate for marketing effectiveness and a salesperson of ideas.
Lead from the front by being present out in market in client meetings and at industry events, engaging with LinkedIn’s external relationships. This will include public speaking, delivering keynotes and contributing to panel discussions and round tables.
Focus you and your team on the most high-impact activities and maintain strong measurement of the team's influence & impact to ensure we optimize impact.
Contribute to global programs as an executive sponsor or lead for cross-functional or cross-Customer Science programs.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise leadership roles in digital media and marketing roles such as agency and/or client-side planning and strategy, business development, research, consulting, editorial, marketing, communications, and industry engagements
7+ years of people management experience
5+ years of managing managers and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and global teams
Preferred Qualifications
Strong adaptive and intuitive communication style and skills that can align with the priorities of our diverse audience and sales leaders. Strong listening and facilitation skills, with attention to detail, quality, and accuracy. Ability to co-lead with sales partners and working through others.
Strong consultative sales and exceptional presentation skills in front of small and large groups of varied seniority.
A strategic thinker with excellent business judgment, strong solutions orientation, and very strong analytical / problem-solving skills .
Credibility as a marketing thought leader and deep industry expertise. Experience marketing to B2B and/or High Consideration B2C sectors (e.g. Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services, Luxury) .
Strong writing skills and great editorial collaboration abilities within short turnaround windows.
Passion for developing high-performing teams and individuals and developing their careers.
Experience with scaling, making everything the team touches much bigger and more impactful.
