Description We are in search of a Benefits Administrator in the Higher Education industry. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits, handling claim administration and utilizing various software such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian. This role presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Administer payroll processes effectively and efficiently Manage employee benefits and resolve related inquiries Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various administrative tasks Utilize Ceridian software for administrative tasks Manage CRM systems for customer relationship management Conduct auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance Handle Benefit Functions, including planning, development, and implementation of benefit programs Oversee Claim Administration, including processing, adjudication, and dispute resolution Carry out Cobra Administration, including notification, election, and premium collection processes Demonstrate excellent Communication skills in all interactions with employees and external vendors Conduct meetings using Cisco Webex Meetings to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Requirements Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with Ceridian software and Cisco Webex Meetings Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Proven skills in auditing processes and procedures Detailed understanding of benefit functions in the higher education industry Experience in claim administration, particularly in the context of employee benefits Proficiency in COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) administration Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees and external vendors.
