DescriptionThe role of Sr. Branded Content Producer, Business Affairs is a dynamic operator, in which you will intertwine your in depth knowledge of advertising business affairs and your production/program/project management skills to help Amazon develop and grow innovative advertising content. In your role, within our fast-growing team of Premium Content Production, you will be working along side Amazon’s largest advertising clients in every category from consumer packaged goods, automotive and entertainment to financial services and travel. You will be managing business affairs for never-been-done-before sponsorship campaigns with Amazon' Ads utilizing Amazon Prime Video IP. You'll partner with an Executive Producer and Creative team as you work directly with talent, legal and music teams across Amazon's canvas (i.e. Fire TV, Twitch, IMDb, Prime Video) to create best-in-class content. No day will ever be the same, and your ability to earn trust while being customer obsessed is impressive for this role.Key job responsibilities
Strategically build and manage an amazon specific business affairs program that supports the lifecycle of complex cross-functional business affairs projects with considerable ambiguity while partnering with core Sr. Producers and Executive Producers.
Build business rationale to inform the prioritization of your roadmap and downstream planning.
Present confidently to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences. Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small.
Own, and collaborate with other business affairs leaders, across contract execution for talent, music, licensing, production and insurance operations.
Work cross-functionally to proactively manage bottlenecks and provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
Optimize, track and report talent usage, ensuring the team is delivering against its intended objective.
Leverage the voice of the customer to drive continuous program improvement.
Negotiate, Source, Contract & Manage on camera talent, VO, music, for content programs.
Interface with talent payroll companies to ensure talent compensation is accurate and on-time
Source influencer and celebrity talent options from talent agents.
Own business affairs communications between advertising clients and Amazon Advertising and internal stakeholders.
Create mechanisms to scale clearances as needed for props, logos artwork.
Secure Union Signatory as needed and manage business inputs to meet signatory requirements.
Establish and Manage Business Affairs standards and practices for proposed content enhancements and work with Executive Producer’s to scope, prototype, build and scale.
A day in the lifeYou will have the opportunity to manage, drive experimentation, operate and evolve inventive ad programs for Amazon's largest advertising clients. You will report to Sr. Production Manager, while we build out our global team, and lead work cross-functionally with your team in addition to partner teams, including Prime Video, Amazon Studios, Advertising Sales/GTM, Marketing, PR, Engineering and Design/Web Development as well as multiple Amazon and Amazon owned & operated teams. The Senior Business Affairs Solutions Manager will bring both operational excellence and strategic thinking to the team.About the teamPremium Content Production inside of Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab works with brands and agencies to develop campaigns that engage consumers at multiple stages of the marketing journey, building brand awareness, relevance, consideration, acquisition and loyalty. Our global creative team of storytellers and innovators includes strategists, creatives, design technologists, engineers, producers and more, collaborating to create solutions customized to our advertisers' goals.Basic Qualifications
8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.
