You love getting in the weeds to synthesize client priorities, audience insights, performance metrics, and platform capabilities to attract target audiences and keep them engaged—throughout the consumer journey from pre- through post-purchase with best-in-class content.Content Strategy at Razorfish connects the dots between Strategy, Data, Technology and Creative by providing content planning, content delivery, content management and content governance guidelines to meet business objectives across platforms. You’re the glue that pulls it all together to guide creative execution.Responsibilities
Lead a team of content strategists from project conceptualization to completion, ensuring high-quality work and deadlines and approval procedures are adhered to.
Work closely with Strategy, SEO, Data & Analytics, UX and Creative teams to define content requirements and ensure these are brought to life in compelling creative solutions that attract consumers, draw them through the funnel and ultimately drive profitable action and retention.
Leverage a strong understanding of technology and user experience to inform content strategy.
Actively participate in and lead workshops, brainstorms and other idea generating team sessions.
Conduct content audits and competitive assessments to inform digital content creation and provide strategic direction for successful content workflow and management.
Adept at understanding consumer pathways to plan seamless experiences as drawing actionable insights from performance to inform optimization.
Develop content strategies, content plans, creative briefs, taxonomies, tagging, governance guidelines.
Build content matrices and calendars.
Draw insights from KPIs and audience research to plan content and optimization.
Direct and build content strategy presentations.
Present work to internal teams and in client-facing meetings.
QA work for consistency, accuracy and functionality.
Foster a collaborative, agile and innovative environment.
Champion the content strategy craft within Razorfish.
Qualifications
8-10+ years content strategy experience, preferably in a digital agency
Exceptional portfolio that includes strong content strategy thinking
Expert knowledge of service and e-commerce content
Advanced understanding of the digital landscape
Expert understanding of content marketing, interactivity and digital platforms
Strong understanding of which channels content should be deployed on to meet audience and business needs
Expert knowledge of all steps required in the content planning and development process

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
