The Business Analyst will work closely with the Transformation team to support new initiatives that enhance the agency's operations and workflows.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of business operations and support Transformation Manager and Director in new and ad hoc internal projects.Assess common business requirements and determine ways to repurpose them across multiple projects within the business.Participate in cross-functional team workshops to establish definitions and decisions around business requirements.Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - ensure that data platform usage meets business requirements.Maintain up-to-date flowcharts and visuals for internal workflow.Ensure documentation around project objectives/requirements is properly maintained.Capture minutes in meetings with internal stakeholders and external project partners.
