This position requires a results-oriented leader who can effectively analyze complex issues, make sound decisions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.Job DutiesProblem Solving & Decision Making

Serve as an internal consultant to integrate strategy, process, technology, and information that advances effectiveness, reduces costs, and increases value for the organization.

Analyze complex business challenges and provide innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Make timely, well-informed decisions that demonstrate good judgment and strategic thinking.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Drive continuous system and process improvements working cross-functionally to implement new processes and technologies ensuring seamless change.

Develop effective presentations, dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, diagrams, and process maps as needed.

Ownership & Results Focus

Work cross-functionally across Peacock, DTC, NBCUniversal, and Comcast teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.

Drive projects forward with a sense of urgency, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Take ownership of project outcomes, balancing multiple priorities effectively

Align project goals with company OKRs to deliver meaningful results.

Communication

Facilitate effective cross-functional meetings and discussions, ensuring clear follow-up and action items.

Write and speak clearly, tactfully, and persuasively to build consensus and influence without authority.

Create cohesive and compelling pitches and presentations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Strategy, Operations or other applicable education and experience

Three or more years proven experience in operational, transformational, or project management roles within a large-scale corporate environment.

Familiarity with the project lifecycle and software development lifecycle

Collaborative by nature, with demonstrated ability to work across departments and organizational layers to integrate strategy, processes, and technology.

Strategic thinker that considers the long and short-term effects to the organization’s current processes and culture

Resourceful self-starter – willing and able to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement solutions with limited resources.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous situations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration software (Miro, Figma, Mural, Airtable, etc), Jira and Confluence, and other related tools

LSS, PMP, SAFE, or PROSCI certifications preferred.
