Description We are providing an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the higher education sector in New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves maintaining and improving our benefits administration systems. Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of employee benefits in all company operations. Develop and maintain efficient procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of all benefits processes. Responsible for auditing and maintaining benefits data accuracy in all systems. Handle the administration of claims and COBRA, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly. Utilize tools such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for effective benefits management. Leverage Cisco Webex Meetings for conducting virtual meetings related to benefits administration. Use CRM systems to manage and maintain employee benefits data. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding benefits administration. Implement and maintain ADP - Financial Services for financial aspects of benefits administration. Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations related to benefits and compensation.
