Responsibilities:

  • • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as necessary
  • • Provide product and service information to customers
  • • Identify and address customer needs and concerns
  • • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions
  • • Stay up-to-date on company products and services

Benefits:
