Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Field and send written business correspondence
Receive and place telephone calls Requirements - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Prior experience with Real Estate Property Management
Demonstrated knowledge of High-Volume Data Entry
Hands-on experience with Organizational skills
Collection operations experience
Background working with Client Relations
Practical knowledge of Yardi
Earlier work involving Microsoft Excel
Comprehension of Accounts receivables systems
Good understanding of Excel Formulas
Experience with Inbound Outbound Calls
General familiarity with real estate
Accounts receivables systems experience highly valued
Adeptness in Perform Data Entry
Data entry experience preferred
Email Correspondence experience highly preferred
Call Center Customer Service experience
Previous experience working with Microsoft Office
Experience with numeric data entry
Expertise in Collections
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
