We pride ourselves on combining the energetic atmosphere of a startup company with the stability and experience of a global leader.Job DescriptionPoint of Care Team SummaryThe Point of Care team is responsible for development and ownership of the Point of care strategy and activation.Position SummaryThe Director, eCommerce & Retail, leads the Point of Care team’s Point of Care marketplace efforts by providing functional management and leadership to a team of Point of Care Associate Directors & Supervisor. They own the Point of Care media plan story, quality of work output, contributes to new POC solutions, manages and trains direct reports., and can be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the marketplace. The goal for this role is to support client Point of Care marketplace initiatives and help develop and maintain Publicis Point of Care partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesKnowledge

Expert understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout

Expert understanding of client’s business and goals

Strong understanding of how client business objectives translate into Point of Care marketplace strategies

Expert understanding of the overall Point of Care marketplace and partner landscape

Strong understanding of Point of Care partnership opportunities, deals and terms

Strong understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and Point of Care partner contracting process

Day-to-Day

Responsible for Point of Care channel investment strategy​

Owns POC tactical recommendation including business rules for office selection​ and cross franchise strategy

Owns POC recommendation​

Oversees presenting POC recommendation​

Escalation point for Monthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partner. Confirmation of delivery by office

Accountable for daily execution of Point of Care team tasks

Accountable for managing timely delivery of Point of Care team projects and tasks

Ensures best practices in Point of Care process, efficiencies, etc. are implemented and operational

Accountable for ongoing Marketplace intelligence + POVs​

Accountable for POC marketplace 101s and education days​

Drives POVs on new investment offerings, processes and technologies

Responsible for assignment and execution of ad hoc projects

Internal + External Relationships

Responsible for developing talent, delegating appropriately, and ensuring teams are working smoothly

Accountable for managing and prioritizing team assignments

Provides clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization and measures of success to all key stakeholders

Fosters a positive work environment

Provides expertise and shares knowledge with junior team members

Delivers constructive, actionable feedback to team

Continues to develop working relationships with client contacts as necessary

Strong relationships with Point of Care media partners and point of escalation for partners and Point of Care team

Qualifications

Exhibits professionalism, integrity, self-awareness, and an attitude of continuous improvement

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Power-user of business IT software: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Literacy of business intelligence software such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Datorama, etc. and an understanding of data manipulation

Adherence to agency procedures (on-time and accurate time sheets, performance conversations)

7-10 years of industry experience, preferably within media planning and/or buying for Point of Care, Out of Home, or HCP

Pharmaceutical industry a plus

Additional InformationCompensation Range: $115,500 - $181,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
