Job DescriptionDirector, Enterprise Asset Management Be a catalyst for excellence in asset management at MSK! Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) is seeking aDirector, Enterprise Asset Management to lead the Enterprise Asset Management Program. This key position is integral to advancing our vision, mission, and values, promoting a culture of teamwork, and helping propel the organization’s strategic objectives. Role Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director, Capital & Space Planning, the Director will collaborate with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to create, manage, and monitor all enterprise-wide activities across the Asset Management and Capital planning spectrum. Key Responsibilities include,

Drive the end to end asset management lifecycle

Lead the governance oversight of all capital, and asset management planning policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, and collaboration across the organization.

Ensure strategic policy frameworks are supported through effective oversight, coalition-building, provision of appropriate regulations, and mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating performance.

Responsible for the alignment of long-range strategic capital and facilities planning with space and program development.

Key Qualifications:

Seven years or more work experience in Workplace Transformation, Change Management, Engagement, Communications, End-user Experience

Experience utilizing the Prosci ADKAR or similar Change Management Methodologies.

Strong Knowledge of Asset Management principles

Strong Knowledge of Data Integrity principles

Experience converting Business Requirements into Functional specifications.

Core Skills:

Proven success in creating strategies, processes and systems that drive effective and efficient implementation of business initiatives and change management.

Proven ability at managing complex projects.

Excellent customer relationship building skills.

Analytical and interpersonal skills to present creative approaches and solutions to strategic business issues.

Ability to manage up and influence without authority.

Fundamental understanding of asset management life cycle management and/or capital budgeting processes.

Strong digital literacy, including familiarity with database management and systems.

Additional Information:

Location: 633 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

Schedule: Hybrid, with flexibility to collaborate onsite weekly; 2-3 days on site weekly on average.

Compensation:$193,800 - $329,500/annually

Reports To: Senior Director, Capital & Space Planning
