The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership, direction, and expertise for the Ad Sales organization.  In collaboration with the VP, Human Resources, this person will provide day to day client support and strategic HR solutions for the: Advertising Technology & Platform Solutions team and Legal Affairs team.This role will partner closely with business leaders in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, change management, employee coaching, compensation strategies, succession planning, training & development, rewards & recognition, organizational effectiveness, and employee communication.
