Director, VAR Enterprise Channel Sales leads a national team responsible for building a strategic distribution strategy. This position is focused on growing Value Added Reseller (VAR) and System Integrators (SI) strategy and execution for the fiber-based portfolio.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Develops and executes strategic plan to grow revenue through a multi-channel distribution model.Builds channel awareness and encourages focus on Charter Spectrum’s entire suite of enterprise product solutions and its value proposition.Facilitates, develops and manages sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives; ensures awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflicts.Works with internal boundary partners such as Marketing, Order Management, Finance, etc. to deliver sales enablement tools and processes for a best-in-class Partner experience.Meets and exceeds annual sales and revenue targets across the multiple channels.Direct financial accountability for revenue and expense budgetsRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand English.Ability to engage with and motivate partner marketing to support requirements.Ability to develop and implement VAR/SI business plans that drive revenue goals.Ability to recruit new VAR/SI partnerships.Technically adept, experienced with Cloud, Hosting and Managed ServicesAbility to optimize investments in the channel to drive sales.Ability to align systems, programs and people with the company strategy and culture.Demonstrated leadership ability.Ability to serve as a visionary and think strategically.Ability to lead large change initiatives.Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectationsRequired EducationBachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsExperience working with VARs and integrators to build strategic programs that drive demand and sales - 8Leadership experience - 5 SCH720 2024-38610 2024Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
