Electrical Design Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth, where you'll work on some of the most intricate projects across the United States—all while enjoying our unlimited PTO policy!About the Role:As an Electrical Engineer, you will:

Perform engineering calculations, including load calculations, equipment selection, energy analysis, psychrometrics, controls, fixture loading, pressure loss, and duct sizing.

Manage time and budget effectively to ensure project deliverables and schedules are met.

Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality drawings.

Calculate power and lighting loads for both new and existing building systems.

Review and analyze local and national codes to ensure compliance.

Design life safety systems, including fire alarms.

Select and design layouts for electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, electrical panels, emergency generators, UPS systems, and power distribution systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

5-8 years of experience in electrical design for building systems, including power distribution, lighting, and electrical panels.

Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and Revit.

Experience with load calculations and managing small to medium-sized projects.

Work Environment:

Enjoy a hybrid schedule: work in the office four days a week and remotely on Fridays.

Collaborate with a close-knit team of architects and engineers, including 2 architects, 6 engineers, principals, and administrative staff, totaling 15-20 members.
