Together, we strive to exceed our clients' expectations and solidify our position as leaders in the financial technology space.Responsibilities and Impact:The Enterprise Account Executive within the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Segment will be a member of the high growth sales team within S&P Global' s Market Intelligence division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies who lead, innovate and disrupt their respective industries. This role you will be working to solve complex problems using on our elite solutions within the Investment Management Segment. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are a critical part of our team. This role will specifically sell into new logos and as such requires a hunter mentality, boldness, creativity, resiliency, charisma, a competitive spirit, and exceptional communication & presentation skills.

· Demonstrate mastery of ChartIQ and related S&P product suite in order to design a solution that solves customer’s data related challenge(s)

· Develop and execute on territory strategy

· Responsible for both inbound leads and outbound sales efforts

· Execute outbound sales strategies through collaboration with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing teams

· Be entrepreneurial stay current with industry news to develop marketing initiatives and create client events to attract prospects

· Utilize sales enablement tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, SalesLoft, etc.) to create professional, tailored prospecting strategies

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $107,100 to $212,1975. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. · 3-5+ years of experience in business development with a focus on solution selling

· Experience in managing and growing business within complex organizations like SAAS.

· Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals

· Willingness to approach every problem as an entrepreneur with grit, creativity, and persistence

· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Salesforce

· 5-8 years of relevant industry experience and a consistent record in consultative sales.

· Strong communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills.

· Confidence in cold calling and dealing with C-Level executives over the phone and in person.

· Must have experience holding a new business sales quota.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, commerce or related subjects, CFA, MBA will be a plus.

· Experience selling into the Investment Management, Hedge and Private Equity space.

· Background in selling data analytical software platforms.
