Role Purpose:The Corporate Communications team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Communications Officer as well as additional project support throughout the team as needed. The position will be based out of New York, NY.Responsibilities:Provide day to day support to the Chief Communications Officer and other Executives on the team as neededProvide professional phone coverage and maintain contact bookManage calendars, scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings, video conferencing, and other activities as requiredHelp keep executives on schedule for meetingsCoordinate travel agendas and arrangements, remember individual preferences, and create detailed travel itinerariesComplete and submit all expenses through the Concur systemOversee and support executive technology requirementsBook conference rooms on the floor and in the building for team meetings and high-volume events Coordinate catering for all events and larger team meetingsResearch and assist with additional projects as requiredEstablish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partnersHandle general office and administrative tasks
