Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Financial Analyst based in New York, New York, 10010-3685, United States. As an Entry Level Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with a variety of financial duties, including data analysis, management reporting, and financial planning. This role is within the financial industry and involves a combination of analytical tasks and collaborative work.Responsibilities: Conducting detailed analysis of financial forecast data, this includes reconciling year-to-date actuals information. Assisting with the creation of management reporting decks for various data scopes and stakeholders. Managing the organization of a SharePoint website hosting all financial planning and reporting materials. Assisting with the tracking and analysis of headcount and explaining variances. Preparing system uploads of financial plans for SAP and Business Warehouse financial systems. Collaborating with accounting teams on adjustment entries if needed. Assisting with the collection and compilation of information for balance sheet planning. Preparing ad-hoc reporting as requested. Managing allocation planning between internal departments and preparing recurring allocation journal entries for accounting to book actuals. Maintaining source information driving automated database. This role requires proficiency in a variety of skills, including Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, Accounting Functions, Accrual Accounting, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Forecasting.
