This position will spearhead the growth of the franchise base by connecting with and fostering valuable relationships with qualified brokerages/Broker Owners and large agent teams across the country, using compelling dialogue about our value proposition that will encourage them to meet with our Franchise Directors. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to create connections, build relationships and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to help grow our company. Phone friendly, enthusiastically contacting prospective Broker Owners throughout the day, getting their attention and igniting their interest.

Relationship builder, comfortable starting conversations with Broker Owners, engaging with them and generating curiosity about a franchise opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:

Franchise Prospector : Daily cold and warm recruiting of non-Anywhere independent real estate brokerages and/or large agent teams convincing them to meet our Franchise Directors

Pipeline Builder: Use our resources to research the brokerages to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates.

Consistent collaborator: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members and collaborators, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data. Strategically partner with Franchise Directors to acquire competitive intel

Organized Coordinator: Coordinate meetings for interested broker owners. Provide regular reporting on activities and results

Knowledge seeker: Consistently update Value Prop knowledge by meeting with Brand Ambassadors, Marketing and Education. Participate in regular Role Play of dialogue to ensure the highest degree of success.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least one year working in a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus. Proven customer relationship, influence management and conflict resolution skills. Ability to prioritize work and excellent organizational skills a must.

Sales savvy: Prior work in a sales role, ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs to acquire their agreement.

Digital literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems. Salesforce experience a plus

Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
