We provide a broad range of financial services and products to our clients to help them meet their biggest opportunities and face the world’s toughest challenges.This specific role sits within our Global Platform and Data Services (PDS) team which is part of our Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) function within our Services business.The Global Onboarding Product team is responsible for implementing our global digital strategy across 90+ markets, supporting client onboarding across TTS business lines. The strategy includes the transformation of the operating and engagement model through delivery of self-service and digitized capabilities. We work in a cross functional model to facilitate a consistent experience across all markets, both in-region and globally.The digitization efforts currently underway aim to provide a simplified and digitized onboarding and bank account management experience to drive increased client satisfaction and reduce cycle times for client requests.What Will You Do?This role will be focused on creating, publishing and maintaining content across the Digital Onboarding space. This includes but is not limited to Account Opening & Account Maintenance, Digital Signer Management, eSignature solutions, Product Onboarding across the Services group.In this role you will be the primary creator and storyteller within the Digital Onboarding space for both internal & external audiences. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand the different Onboarding journeys and visually present how the Digitization programs will increase client satisfaction. The material should be dynamic in nature to allow for multiple journeys to be pulled together or presented individually.You will also need to establish a governance process for all approvals so that they can be leveraged across cluster / business lines as required.Key Responsibilities will include:

Create, publish and maintain internal and external content in line with the Citi formatting & branding standards.

Work closely with legal, marketing and compliance groups to ensure alignment to Citi guidelines.

Facilitate and expedite sales cycle through enabling sales to articulate the value proposition of our solutions to clients, leading to faster and increased client acquisition & market share growth.

Lead Digital Onboarding launch and commercialization efforts.

Manage solution campaigns in co-ordination with Product, Sales and other stakeholders through sales enablement and tracking across individual Onboarding programs.

Enable sales with new solutions & campaigns of new and/or existing integrated Onboarding solutions.

Drive thought leadership within the industry (consulting partners, event write-ups, podcasts, blogs etc.)

Leverage Seismic /Quivian to track success and measure OKRs

Additional flexibility will be needed to handle programmatic deliverables that arise in this space and ensure successful completion of same.Who Are We Looking For?We are looking for someone that will be laser focused on client experience and can drive the onboarding experience forward in terms of innovative thinking, defining industry leading features and capabilities both for our external customers and the internal stakeholders who help support our products. Here are a few of the key attributes we will be looking for as part of the recruitment process:

5+ years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills – ability to alter communications approach depending on your audience - level of seniority, technical acumen, internal vs. external, etc.

Ability to work and drive cross functional groups of stakeholders, countries, global and regional teams.

Ability to think through client Onboarding problem statements, how Citi’s capabilities eliminate these issues and present the journey in a visual manner.

Curious and ability to understand new subjects in evolving technology, treasury trends, corporate objectives and evolving client priorities globally.

Deep understanding of Citi TTS solutions and products, and its implications to clients.

Dynamic & Collaborative Leader: Partner closely with clients, sales, products, data-analytics to commercialize Onboarding solution packages, and to enhance treasury analytical tools.

Commercially savvy and client-focused with deep understanding of how clients utilize the product suite and how the bank benefits from their use.
